About The Position
Citi Trends is looking for a dedicated DC Supervisor to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. We're growing, so if you've ever wanted a chance to lead the way, this is it.
Requirements
- High school degree, GED, 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Makes work assignments to associates
- Plans daily activity based on work on hand plus anticipated new work
- Plans staff needs with management and requests new hires and temporary labor as needed
- Trains associates on current work procedures
- Answers questions from associates. Brings issues to management and/or Human Resources as required
- Monitors attendance, punctuality, production rates and quality for each associate. Councils and corrects as required
- Monitors work flow and backlog and takes appropriate action to remedy any problems
- Handles special projects and assignments as needed
