Requirements

1 year of warehouse or shipping experience preferred
Self-motivation and superior attention to detail
Excellent research, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
Basic computer skills and Outlook for email
Ability to master operation of forklifts, pallet jacks (Training is provided)
Good problem-solving skills
Organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
Good communication skills
See mistakes as learning opportunities
Be open to constructive feedback and discussion aimed at learning and improving

Responsibilities

Safely, accurately, and efficiently pack and ship customer orders
Pack and ship orders that are small, large and that can have hazardous materials
Ensure orders are processed in accordance with our customer service standards (Same day SLA)
Problem-solve and research inventory and order discrepancies
Utilize RF equipment and PC daily
Interact with teammates to recommend process improvements that will benefit our customers and our business
Resource and learn other process areas as needed
