About The Position
Distribution Center Returns Clerks are responsible to process store returns and defectives.
Requirements
- Experience in processing store returns and defectives
- Ability to work with vendors to ensure maximum credit is received
- Knowledge of vendor policies for disposition of returned and defective products
- Skills in following up with vendors to keep flow of goods moving
- Communication skills to interact with stores regarding proper shipment of returns
- Ability to maintain housekeeping of work area
- Commitment to practicing safety in the workplace by using safe work habits
