About The Position

The DC Replenisher is responsible for stocking items needed for completed orders received that day, ensuring flow racks and reserve locations are maintained neatly and well-stocked. This role also involves ensuring all products are in sellable condition, identifying and removing defective parts, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Effective communication with leads, inventory control, and management is crucial, as is accurate and legible paperwork completion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills
• Basic reading and comprehension skills
• Minimum 1 year stand-up forklift operation capabilities
• Minimum of 1 year warehouse, pick and pack operation experience preferred
• Prior inventory experience strongly preferred
• Ability to identify products by item markings
• Ability to read and comprehend stock status reports
• Customer service oriented
• Detail oriented
• Ability to determine correct process in relation to specified guidelines learned during initial training and during any ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Stock items needed for completed orders received that day.
• Maintain neat, orderly and well stocked flow racks and reserve locations.
• Ensure that all products are in sellable condition and defective parts are removed.
• Check flow racks continuously and inform lead or Manager about defective products and low counts.
• Identify, remove and segregate any defective products directed by Quality Control.
• Complete paperwork neatly and legibly.
• Communicate effectively and accurately with leads, inventory control and Manager.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment using the correct tools properly.
