As Axon's DC Operator I, this role is accountable for accuracy, safety, and efficiency in daily operations and serves as a resource for problem solving, training, and supporting new or less experienced team members. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and write English fluently
Forklift experience (will train onsite)
Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 50 to 75 lbs
Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Handle sensitive and hazardous materials safely and responsibly.
Conduct detailed inventory checks and report discrepancies in a timely manner.
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) on a computer or handheld scanner to perform daily job functions.
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
Pick, pack, move, maintain, and store materials efficiently.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work cross-functionally across various warehouse departments.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
