About The Position

The DC Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations on the 3rd shift within the Distribution Center in Marshalltown, IA. This exempt position requires flexibility in shift work and involves managing a team, troubleshooting machinery, and ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-line edits and program changes with PLCs and familiarity with box logic.
• Troubleshoot, replace, calibrate, and test malfunctioning (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical) components on high-speed machinery systems and process control systems.
• Inspect, clean, treat for corrosion, and perform system operational checks on high-speed machinery systems, industrial control systems, and instrumentation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test components, and technical publications.
• Monitor work conditions with a main focus on safety and solid adherence to process and procedure.
• Oversee the crew to employ good housekeeping habits.
• Achieve PM completion goals and be involved in R&M (Repair and Maintenance).
• Manage warehouse refrigeration systems.
