About The Position

Marvin is seeking a DC Loader to join their team, playing a crucial role in loading and unloading trucks. This position also involves occasionally transporting trailers on the facility property. The ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful work environment. This is a hybrid role with future opportunities for development within the operations and logistics teams.

Requirements

Valid Class-A driver's license (CDL).
Minimum 1-year CDL driving experience.
Ability to meet all DOT requirements.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to lift/carry or push/pull up to 85 lbs.
Ability to acquire and retain forklift/industrial vehicle licenses required for this role.
Basic computer skills and strong communication skills.
Ability to work well both with a team and independently in a fast-paced position.

Responsibilities

Load trucks by hand in an organized and safe manner, ensuring all products are scanned properly to the truck, department data is accurately recorded, and paperwork is completed thoroughly.
Relocate, transport, and stage for loading and unloading to meet required receiving, production and shipping goals.
Partner with receiving and shipping teams to maintain detailed yard checks.
Complete Electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports on tractor and trailer equipment to ensure road worthiness.
Maintain all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Marvin regulations.
