The DC IT Support Lead, DC Support, position will be responsible for the IT operational support for the distribution center in Mooresville. This person must be a self-starter, goal oriented, and able to work independently. The position requires on-call support to respond to operational needs for the DC. Due to the nature of 24x7 operations and shipping, response needs to be timely for DC support. This position will help coordinate helpdesk requests for the DC that will encompass account management, hardware support (networking, servers, printers, mobile devices), and troubleshooting. This position will also require system documentation, hardware inventory and uphold IT policies and procedures in the DC’s. This position will also help lead the MWDC admin team in their daily duties as well as being a lead support role for the team to lean on.
