About The Position
The DC Associate performs operational activities in a distribution center warehouse to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently and to receive replenishment products. The role includes handling products and materials, operating material handling equipment, and supporting efficient warehouse operations, customer service, and distribution center profitability.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
- Employment is contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.

Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products.
- Unload and put away products using radio frequency (RF) technology.
- Inspect inbound shipments for overages and shortages.
- Pick and stage products.
- Load trucks.
- Maintain product organization in the warehouse.
- Assist the center in optimizing operations and customer service to achieve its business plan and distribution center profitability.
- Participate in cycle counts or physical inventory processes as required.
- Maintain a clean work area and assist with overall distribution center sanitation.
- Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
- Perform other tasks as defined by the Supervisor or Center Manager, and other duties as assigned or requested.
- Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
