About The Position
This position serves as a Daytime Supervisor, primarily responsible for managing access and providing support for various educational programs within the facility. The role involves ensuring smooth operations during the grant period, assisting students and visitors, and maintaining a secure and organized environment. The supervisor will also handle administrative tasks and utilize school systems to manage student documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills
Responsibilities
- Allow access during the day for CTE students, Adult Education, Robotics, Ivy Tech, and Purdue classes
- Assist with enrolling new Adult Education students
- Screen those who are entering the facility utilizing the Raptor System
- Direct visitors to their destination
- Answer questions about programs
- Assist with mailings
- Report any issues to the administration
- Use of student management system and phone system
- Distributing tardy and early dismissal documentation for students
- Other tasks and paperwork as needed by the building administrator
