About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Café is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join their team as Daytime Shift Leaders. This role involves inspiring a healthier lifestyle through delicious food and smoothies in a fun and lively environment. As a brand ambassador, the Shift Lead will assist in developing crew members, ensuring excellent customer service, and upholding the brand's culture and values. The ideal candidate will be a role model with a strong work ethic, vibrant personality, and the ability to lead a small team effectively.

Ability to follow instructions and safety precautions when preparing food and smoothies.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
Ability to lead a crew of 2 to 5 people per shift.
Effectively communicate with Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or trash removal.
Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
Participate in all Tropical Smoothie Café training programs
Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer.
Ability to work up to a 20-40 hour work week

Responsibilities

Deliver the ultimate guest service experience with strong customer service skills needed.
Communicate concise details about TSC products and information to all guests.
Be responsible for product and guest service standards.
Form an environment of Teamwork and assisting in developing team members.
Prepare orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Work well with Crew Members and Managers.
Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
