Requirements
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift, bend, reach, and be on your feet during shifts
- Works well independently and with a team
- Flexible weekday availability
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients' homes throughout the northwest suburbs using your own reliable transportation
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
- Perform occasional detail cleaning such as baseboards, window sills, and other deep-cleaning tasks
- Work independently in smaller homes and with other team members on larger cleaning projects
- Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, or client requests
