About The Position

At Marco’s Pizza, our Crew Members are the key ingredient to our success! As a Daytime Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering delicious pizzas and creating exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. We're looking for a positive and responsible person to join our team and contribute to our fun, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Must be available to work until 10:00 PM on weekdays and until 11:00 PM on weekends.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and consistently meet shift expectations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome each customer with a friendly and positive attitude, creating a memorable experience from start to finish.
• Accurately take orders, assist customers with menu choices, and provide helpful recommendations when needed.
• Operate the cash register with speed and accuracy, ensuring efficient transactions and a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare pizzas according to recipes with high attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality.
• Prepare pizza dough and properly handle a variety of toppings, including vegetables, meats, and specialty items.
• Cater to special customer requests with care and attention to detail to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following health and safety guidelines.
• Practice safe food handling methods during storage, preparation, and cooking.
• Complete shift responsibilities, including deployment, cleaning, and preparing for the next team member.
