As a Daytime Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high sanitation standards across assigned commercial sites. You will work independently or alongside team members to ensure all offices, common spaces, restrooms, and work areas remain spotless and welcoming.

Proven record of punctuality, dependability, and self-motivation to complete tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
Physical capacity to walk, bend, reach, kneel, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout assigned shifts.
Reliable personal transportation to travel to the Saginaw job site daily.
Willingness to complete standard background screening requirements prior to hire.

Responsibilities

Sanitize and wipe down desks, counter spaces, tables, light switches, door handles, and high-touch areas.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum hard surface floors and carpeted areas across offices, hallways, and lobbies.
Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and restock commercial restrooms, ensuring all paper products and soaps are fully replenished.
Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Clean glass doors, interior windows, partition glass, and spot-clean walls or fixtures as needed.
Maintain an organized supply closet and notify management when cleaning supplies need reordering.
