Daytime Childcare Provider (Part‑Time)
About The Position
Our Phoenix-area team provides dependable childcare support to families across the city, and we’re looking for caregivers who value professionalism, consistency, and high-quality care! This role is great for caregivers, students, teachers, or retirees. You will provide in-home care for infants, toddlers, and school-age children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities such as playing, reading, and crafts. You will also support daily routines including meals and naps, prepare simple meals/snacks, and transport children safely when needed. Maintaining a tidy and safe space, and following each family’s preferences are key. Once you choose your two weekdays, we schedule you consistently on those days.
Requirements
- 1+ year of childcare experience (nannying, babysitting, daycare, camps, church nursery, etc.)
- Experience outside your own family
- 2–3 childcare references
- CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain through us
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Must be 18+
- Availability for two consistent weekdays
- Comfortable with variable weekly hours (5–20 typical)
