About The Position

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In Dayforce consulting at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Dayforce software. Your work will involve in-depth knowledge of Dayforce applications and assisting clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to Dayforce software. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. As part of the Workforce Consulting team you will collaborate closely with Dayforce application sales managers to identify opportunities and build a proven sales pipeline. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. This role offers a unique chance to shape win strategies, advise on pricing, and design impactful Dayforce campaigns that align with market needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience with Dayforce implementations, concurrent with the minimum years of experience required for the role.
