Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce development, operations, or healthcare staffing strategy
  • Deep knowledge of long-term care, post-acute, or senior living staffing and operational needs
  • Experience with productivity systems, labor cost analysis, and scheduling software
  • Proven ability to build relationships with leaders, clinicians, and external partners
  • Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills
  • Passion for solving complex staffing challenges with innovative solutions
  • Willingness to travel as needed to HDG-managed sites and client locations

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key partner to HDG’s Executive Leadership Team, leading workforce strategy development for managed and owned communities
  • Develop and maintain scalable staffing models and productivity metrics across departments and service lines
  • Analyze, interpret, and present staffing data, including productivity and cost trends, to improve operational performance
  • Partner with client organizations to implement staffing improvements, optimize schedules, and meet quality care standards
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient scheduling systems
  • Support new business development and client engagement through workforce strategy consultation
  • Stay on top of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to workforce management
  • Actively contribute to recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives for healthcare talent
  • Represent HDG in external forums to share insights and strengthen brand visibility in the workforce solutions space
  • Lead or participate in committees, task forces, and operational reviews related to staffing effectiveness
