About The Position

The Childcare Assistant Teacher (Floater) assists lead teachers with planning lessons and instructing children in activities according to the approved child care curriculum. The curriculum is designed to promote children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and development. The role is also responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment. Requirements

• Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
• Knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum.
• Knowledge of child care licensing rules and regulations.
• Ability to obtain training in CPR, fire safety, and other required training.
• Must be able to meet all state requirements for assistant teachers.

Responsibilities
