Requirements

• At least 1 year of lead teacher experience in preschool or childcare.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Nurturing, patient, and organized by nature.
• A positive communicator who thrives in a team.
• Passionate about early education and eager to grow into Montessori leadership.
