Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- CDA (Child Development Associate)
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
Responsibilities
- Step into classrooms and follow lesson plans provided by lead teachers
- Supervise and engage children (infants through preschool age)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and language development
- Assist with classroom transitions, meals, and playtime
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintain daily communication with staff and leadership
