About The Position

Little Sunshine’s Playhouse & Preschool is looking to expand its teaching family at its brand-new location in Aurora, CO, projected to open August/September 2026. The school is seeking passionate and talented individuals to join their team in various classrooms, including Infants, Toddlers, Twos, Threes, Preschool, and Pre-k, for both Lead and Assistant Teacher roles. Requirements

• Early Childhood Qualified Teacher with 1 year minimum working with infants and two 3-semester credit hours from accredited university or college on the care of infants (ECE 101 and ECE 111).
• PDIS Level 3.0 Credentials and all required PDIS Training Certificates (for Infant and Lead Teacher roles).
• Positive and reliable work ethic.
• Passion for working with children and looking for a long-term home.
• Teamwork mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organization skills.
• Problem-solving ability.

• Able to work full-time.
• Flexible with scheduling.
• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields.
