About The Position

VEHISHIP is looking for CDL B drivers with a passenger endorsement to work 6 days a week, starting at 6:30 AM. The role involves supervising a crew of 15-25 drivers, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and safely transporting the crew. Responsibilities include driving a 25-passenger bus, occasionally inspecting and documenting damages to Ford vehicles, and occasionally driving a Ford vehicle. The supervisor will also take daily attendance, update the crew on schedules via the LINE app, and follow instructions.

Requirements

• Must have a clean motor vehicle history.
• Must be over the age of 23.
• Must have a CDL B with passenger endorsement.
• Must be a reliable and safe driver with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Must be able to work and drive in all weather conditions.
• Must have a positive and professional attitude.
• Must have an upbeat attitude able to get along with people from all different backgrounds and ages.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 25-passenger bus transporting drivers from the Ford plant to the rail-yard.
• Occasionally locate, inspect, and document any damages to Ford vehicles.
• Occasionally drive a Ford vehicle.
• Take daily attendance.
• Update crew on schedule via LINE app.
• Follow instructions.
• Supervise a crew of 15-25 drivers.
• Safely transport the crew.
