At Wood Violet Recovery (WVR), our nurses play a vital role in helping individuals through detox, stabilization, and the early stages of recovery. As a member of our day shift team, you'll work alongside providers, therapists, case managers, and behavioral health staff in a collaborative environment where communication is open, leadership is accessible, and every team member is valued. Requirements

• Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license (required)
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Compassion, professionalism, and a team mindset
• Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• No experience in behavioral health? No problem. Many of our nurses came from medical-surgical, long-term care, corrections, or other healthcare settings. We provide ongoing training and a supportive team that wants to see you succeed!

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans
• Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits
• Administer medications and document accurately
• Process labs and communicate results to providers and the care team
• Respond to medical concerns with clinical judgment and compassion
• Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols
• Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
• Collaborate closely with RNs, LPNs, providers, and clinical staff
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards
• Track and manage medical supplies
