About The Position

Not your typical 9–5. This is work that actually matters. At New Roads Behavioral Health, you won’t just “supervise”—you’ll mentor, support, and help change lives for young adult men and women working toward independence and emotional stability. If you want a job where you build real connections, stay active, and make a difference every day, this is it. This position is specifically hiring for 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Requirements

• 21+ with a clean driving record (van driving required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caregiving or mental health preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Be a positive role model and mentor
• Lead groups, activities, and real-life skill building
• Support clients through challenges and growth moments
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Drive clients to appointments, outings, and activities
• Work closely with a team that truly cares
