The Role As a Part-Time Day Service Associate in Janesville, you will play a vital role in our adult day services program, supporting individuals with disabilities. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation with appropriate insurance
- Flexible availability
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with various software programs
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging discussions and activities, such as art, wellness, cooking, science, and music.
- Bring your creativity to enhance existing curricula and ensure participant engagement.
- Work individually or with a couple of participants to build specific skills or routines.
- Provide essential support for participants who require additional assistance, whether medical or behavioral.
- Assist with breaks, personal care, range of motion exercises, cleaning, and other support tasks.
