Handles all duties related to office management, financial tasks and reports student/family/staff databases, and program support. This role oversees all administrative tasks as required by the Day School, maintains the Procare database of families and students, and manages physical children's files. The coordinator also generates various reports, completes routine financial tasks such as tuition postings and billing, assists the Director with tuition assistance records and budget management, and creates/edits forms for the Day School. Additionally, this position supports volunteer fundraising committees and liaises with enrichment class vendors. Other functions include supporting teaching staff with start-of-school preparations and providing general assistance in other areas of the church's ministry.
