About The Position

This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for a Route Merchandiser whose responsibilities will include merchandising, delivery, safe driving, customer service, maintenance + inventory, and communication. This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty for our San Francisco market's Day shift (Tuesday - Friday 4:00am - 2:00pm PT). This role is based out of our Hayward, CA, warehouse and will make deliveries throughout the San Francisco Area.

Responsibilities

Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms.
Delivery: Successfully complete 5-8 delivery stops during your day where you will safely navigate the loading/unloading of the delivery truck, delivering product directly into our client locations.
Safe Driving: Safely maneuver one of our box trucks through a route delivering food, beverages, and smiles to our clients.
Customer Service: Engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service.
Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget).
Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to the Crafty team, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork.
