About The Position

To assist in the leadership of the Remodel team, driving processes through partnership with the Day Remodel Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

Requirements

• The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.15.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assists in providing direction and coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Day Remodel Manager and Lead Specialist.
• Assesses the overall presentation of the Remodel departments, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executes merchandising display changes where required.
• Delegate, assist, and follow up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
• Support with scheduling as needed.
• Assign associates to support with coverage and availability tasks within the Remodel departments.
• Participates in the training and development of the Remodel associates, and provides feedback as needed.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
• May occasionally be asked to act as a keyholder for the facility, excluding cash office and main store entry.
