Requirements

• Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset
• Someone who is encouraging, able to guide, and support participants in a respectful manner
• A valid driver’s license
• CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support participants in health and wellness activities such as: Exercise classes with certified trainers, Yoga sessions with certified instructors, Cooking Classes focused on nutrition, Health education and healthy eating habits
• Participate in community outings using company vans or public transportation
• Collaborate with participants on a personalized curriculum tailored to each participants’ goal - mindful of academics, socialization, and more
• Record keep progress of care plan
