This position provides direct support and care to individuals participating in our Behavioral Day Program. The staff member will assist with activities of daily living, implement individualized programs, and contribute to a positive, structured, and supportive program environment. Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities, or other related support needs is preferred. We value candidates who are patient, dependable, and comfortable responding appropriately to a variety of behaviors and situations. The staff member will work closely with the Program Manager and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure the program is effective and meets the individual needs of each participant.
