SUMMARY Under direction by the Program Director, the Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily program operations and providing leadership, coordination, and supervision within an assigned team. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote skill development, community integration, and independence for individuals supported in the Day Services program. The Program Coordinator provides guidance to Habilitation Specialists and Habilitation Assistants, ensuring that all individualized treatment plans, curricula, and activities are implemented effectively and in full compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
