About The Position

Hire wage is $17 hourly. This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
  • Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management skills
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required
  • Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)
  • Clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral redirection supports
  • Planning and implementing creative approaches to encourage active participation in the program as well as community
  • Actively moving throughout the day and occasionally lifting up to 50#
  • Flexible availability to work between M-F 7a-5p
