Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
• Communication skills
• Adaptability

• Reliable behavior
• Responsible behavior
• Valid Driver's license
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)
• Clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
• Experience in behavioral redirection supports
• Experience planning and implementing creative approaches to encourage active participation in the program as well as community
