About The Position
Join Greystone Programs, Inc., a nonprofit organization serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, as a paid intern. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting children and adults in our Day Habilitation and After-School Programs. It is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing careers in psychology, social work, education, healthcare, and related fields to gain experience, earn college credit, and get paid.
Requirements
- Must be a College student
- Certified to work in the US for Paid Internships
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- No experience required — training provided!
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in developing daily living, communication, and social skills
- Assist with community and recreational activities
- Encourage independence and personal growth
- Help maintain a safe and supportive environment
