About The Position

This is a full-time Day Porter position that supports general labor services including litter removal and cleaning. The role requires a handy person capable of performing tasks such as painting, carpentry, lighting, and electrical work. The Day Porter will operate a pick-up truck to travel to different locations on a scheduled route, completing assigned jobs within the allotted time. Responsibilities include performing labor duties as required by the team lead, such as litter pick-up along highways, cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties, using a leaf blower for sidewalks, changing trash bags, and inspecting the property for issues.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.
Experience working outdoors
Ability to follow directions and read maps
Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record
Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests
Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. occasionally
Moderate lifting - no greater than 70 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping.
Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required.

Responsibilities
