Requirements

Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge of cleaning practices, safety procedures, and equipment use.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs or ladders.
Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of event spaces, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and service areas throughout the day.
Perform routine custodial tasks, including dusting, spot cleaning, trash removal, and replenishing supplies.
Continuously clean glass windows, walls, and high-touch areas to ensure a polished appearance.
Support the Operations Team in setting up and transitioning event spaces as needed.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items promptly.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests and ensuring all spaces are welcoming and well-maintained.
Respond to emergencies and assist in resolving operational issues.
