About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Porter to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication and customer‑service skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and maintenance tasks
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces
Assist with moving, lifting, and transporting furniture, equipment, and supplies
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting issues
Remove trash, recyclables, and debris from designated areas
Support staff and visitors by providing directions, carrying items, or assisting with deliveries
Ensure walkways and entrances are clean, safe, and accessible
Monitor facility conditions and report hazards or maintenance needs promptly
Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies
Assist with event setup and breakdown when required
