About The Position

We are seeking to hire an Outside Day Porter. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Reliable Transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
- Janitor experience a plus but will train.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the parking lots, parking garage and outside grounds of the building requiring using a blower, broom and dust pan.
- Remove trash from outside trash cans in the parking garage and other outside areas.
- Miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
- Follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
