Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check
• Cleaning experience is helpful
• Some physical stamina is required
• Reliable transportation
• Floor work experience - auto scrubber, stripping and waxing floors

Responsibilities

• Making sure the facility is presentable to the public and to uphold the image of the facility by performing basic cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• General light cleaning such as, dusting, wiping down mirrors, trash removal, restroom cleaning, etc.
• Maintaining front lobby area
• Restocking restrooms
• Maintaining common areas
• Responding to cleaning emergencies
