About The Position

This is a full-time Day Porter position responsible for supporting general labor services, including litter removal and cleaning. The role involves operating a pick-up truck to travel to various locations on a scheduled route and completing assigned tasks within the allotted time. Duties may include litter pick-up along highways, cleaning and labor tasks to maintain retail properties, using a leaf blower, changing trash bags, and identifying property issues.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
DOT Physical Required but paid for by Company expense.
Dot Medical Card
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.
Experience working outdoors
Ability to follow directions and read maps
Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record
Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests
Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.
Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required

Responsibilities

Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.
Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted.
Perform litter pick-up along highways.
Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties.
Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues.
