Perform routine facility walk-throughs and report findings to the property manager and/or maintenance staff. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment; report restocking needs. Review work order metrics and KPI reports, ensuring timely completion and proper follow-up. Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobbies, offices, and common areas according to established standards. Train new and existing janitorial team members on procedures and expectations. Respond to and complete work orders promptly using the work order management system. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions. Empty trash and recycling from interior and exterior areas; transport waste to designated disposal areas. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Attend required meetings and training sessions. Report maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) to appropriate personnel. Assist with light maintenance tasks (e.g., unclogging toilets, changing bulbs, minor repairs). Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and power washers. Identify operational issues and suggest solutions for improvement. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. Comply with all applicable regulations and safety standards. Provide additional support and complete other duties as assigned.
