Requirements

Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly environment.
Includes routine cleaning, waste removal, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company and client standards.
May be required to submit reports or photos of completed work.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly environment.
Perform routine cleaning tasks.
Remove waste and dispose of trash from all designated areas.
Ensure all assigned areas meet company and client standards.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and counters.
Refill restroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
Empty trash and maintain odor control in restrooms.
Replace liners in trash receptacles.
Handle recycling according to guidelines.
Clean breakroom tables, countertops, and appliances (microwave, refrigerator, sink).
Maintain cleanliness and organization in breakroom/common areas.
Follow all company safety procedures and client guidelines.
Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.
Report hazards, damages, or maintenance issues promptly.
Complete all assigned tasks per scope of work.
Maintain consistency and attention to detail.
Ensure all areas meet client expectations and inspection standards.
Be reliable and punctual.
Consistently complete duties.
Exhibit professional behavior on client sites.
Be responsive to feedback and corrective actions.
