Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Class E or better) with a clean record.
• Dependable and accountable, taking pride in quality work.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stay active throughout the day.
• An eye for detail and a passion for making spaces look their best.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Must pass an oral drug test as Katsam is a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive to properties using company vehicles.
• Remove trash and debris from flower beds and landscaped areas.
• Empty trash cans and ensure surrounding areas are clean.
• Handle client requests, such as removing items from trash areas.
• Walk the property to ensure it is always clean, safe, and inviting.
