About The Position

This is a full-time Day Porter/Parking Lot Sweeper position. The primary role is to support general labor services, focusing on litter removal and cleaning. The schedule is for the 1st shift, but it is subject to change based on business needs. The compensation is $17.00-$18.00 per hour, with minimal travel required (1-10%).

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
DOT Physical Required but paid for by Company expense.
Dot Medical Card
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.
Experience working outdoors
Ability to follow directions and read maps
Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record
Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests
Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping.
Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required

Responsibilities

Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.
Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted.
Perform labor duties as required by team lead.
Perform litter pick-up along highways.
Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties.
Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues.
