Requirements

• Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter services preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
• Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
• English Speaking, Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform routine daytime janitorial and custodial duties across assigned facilities
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain hard floor and carpeted surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
• Restock restroom and janitorial supplies as needed
• Respond to spills and cleaning requests in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company and client expectations
