Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- MUST be able to pass background check
Responsibilities
- Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing duties.
- Clean and polish (fixtures, surfaces and trim)
- Maintain cleanliness in the following areas (rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, cafeterias, locker rooms, and other areas)
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- May potentially buff floors in some facilities
- Clean rugs and mats
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills
- Empty wastebaskets and trash bins
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
