A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) has provided contract janitorial services and floor/carpet care since 2003. Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- MUST be able to pass background check.
Responsibilities
- Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing duties.
- Clean and polish fixtures, surfaces and trim.
- Maintain cleanliness in rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, cafeterias, locker rooms, and other areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- May potentially buff floors in some facilities.
- Clean rugs and mats.
- Dust furniture and equipment.
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills.
- Empty wastebaskets and trash bins.
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
