About The Position

Radiology Partners Phoenix is seeking a Board Eligible or Certified Acute Care Radiologist comfortable reading all areas of diagnostic radiology with a focus on acute care including Level 1 & 2 Trauma, Stroke Center, and Heart Hospital. The role offers shift flexibility with 7/7 or 7/14 schedules from 8 am–5 pm (AZ time). Communication and technical support are managed by 24/7 concierge facilitators. The practice utilizes FUJI Synapse PACS, Synapse Worklist, and RecoMD Voice Recognition (RP proprietary AI with best practice predictions). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a desire to be part of a cohesive team. Physicians enjoy a highly competitive compensation package including strong base compensation, a significant sign-on bonus, a generous productivity bonus, and internal moonlighting opportunities for substantial additional income. RP Phoenix has a long-standing presence of over 50 years, a strong reputation for clinical excellence, and is built on innovation and collaboration with over 25 fellowship-trained radiologists, supported by 7 APPs and 29 Radiology Service Coordinators. They provide services to 13 hospitals and 25 outpatient imaging centers through their partnership with the Banner Hospital System and RP local practice affiliates. The practice is locally and democratically led.

Requirements

Licensed or ability to obtain license in the State of Arizona
Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to be a part of a cohesive team
