About The Position
As a Day CNA at Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a dynamic and compassionate environment. As a Day CNA, you will be responsible for providing routine nursing care, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting the overall well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, address resident concerns, and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
- 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Take vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises and other therapeutic activities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
