We are seeking a dependable Full-Time Day Shift Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at a large manufacturing facility in the Mt. Pleasant area. This facility manufactures envelopes and operates in a high-noise industrial setting. Noise levels can reach approximately 100 decibels. Hearing protection is required. Individuals with hearing sensitivities may find this environment challenging. Applicants with a history of vertigo, vibration sensitivity, or certain hearing conditions should carefully consider the work environment before applying.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation required
- Smartphone required for scheduling and communication
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and dependability required
Responsibilities
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Restock restroom supplies
- Clean lunchrooms and break areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces
- Report supply needs and maintenance concerns
- Follow all site cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
